Found the Lender
I chose Jim and Carol Chalifoux to market my geodesic dome home on Marine Terrace in Cambria, because I knew they could get the job done. And they did! They presented all the energy saving and solar energy features, referencing the bright ideas of Buckminster Fuller. The geodesic dome designed home was problematic for the buyer to obtain conventional financing. In the 11 hour of escrow, Carol found the lender willing to make the loan and we were able to close escrow.
