Wonderful To Work With

When I moved to the Virgin Islands 4 years ago, Carol started managing my Cambria home as a rental. Finally the time came to sell this January and we are ready to close escrow next week! Carol and Jim are wonderful to work with ~ smart, hard working, creative, with years of real estate experience. Thanks to their help, I now can enjoy my newly purchased home in Saint Croix. I met Jim at the Cambria Rotary meetings, where he played guitar and served as the club’s song leader.

Deepest Thanks

We miss you as neighbors, but appreciate your expertise and artistry getting our Cambria Villa sold and for finding us a dream house in Paso. Karen is happy because she can now spend lots of time with her horse. You both worked diligently with regular open houses, beautiful brochures and beautiful photos to market our home.  Not to forget all the negotiations. We got our start in Cambria with the purchase of the little bank owned property in 1996, that you helped us with. Time flies when you’re having fun. Thanks much.

Stellar Experience

Thank you Jim and Carol for listing and selling our Cambria get-away home on Margate and helping us purchase on Kenneth. The bigger house and lot accommodate our kids and grand-kids. And your trailer we borrowed, finished our move. We both retire this spring and will be full-time Cambrians by this summer. More time to get together as friends.
